Deep Down You've Always Knew That:
What you eat and what you drink affects how you feel.
Your mood and resilience are remarkably influenced by diet, lifestyle, sleep and stress.
There must be a clear reason why your mind and body seem to be working against you.
Are you frequently experiencing low moods, anxiety and fatigue?
Do you have a very low stress tolerance and/or difficulty concentrating?
Are you emotionally reactive, unstable and often feel irritable?
Are stress-responsive gut symptoms something you deal with on a daily basis?
Do you struggle with ongoing weight issues and tiredness?
Do you keep counting calories, yo-yo dieting and not trusting your body?
Are you feeling confused by all the health information out there and want to know what the best approach for you is?
By guiding you to use the right food and lifestyle approach, you can become the healthiest version of yourself. It’s time to focus on the things you love!

Together, we can walk you to optimal health.
My name is Dominika, I am a UK based nutritionist specialising in gut-brain connection and I am fascinated by the human microbiome. I support people with mental health challenges, low moods, anxiety, poor sleep and more. I also work with people with weight management issues.
I help my clients take back control of their life through long-lasting nutritional and lifestyle changes with a supportive and holistic approach.
Along with personal insight, I have a wealth of clinical knowledge and over 10 years of professional experience.
I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach, Trauma Informed Well-being Coach and a member of The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and The Council of Natural Healthcare (CNHC).

In my evidence-based clinic, I apply the principles of Functional Medicine in order to investigate possible root causes of any health complications, rather than focusing on symptoms alone. This principle promotes optimising wellness by seeking why you may be experiencing a certain health concern or condition.
I dive deep into the gut microbiome and its intricate connection to the brain and other systems of the body. I further emphasise this by using The 5 Pillars of Resilient Microbiome Framework (The Biome Learning Center, 2026).
Working with me is not about quick fix diets but rather adopting sustainable lifestyle changes to suit your goals and needs. My aim is to help you feel broadly supported throughout the process, even when your challenges are longer lasting or more complex. Whether it is managing your weight or supporting your mental health, I can help you create a tailored plan that fits your unique lifestyle and goals.
As a Health Coach as well as Trauma Informed Wellbeing coach I understand that sometimes, more help is needed to guide my clients towards better health. I can support you better on this journey by addressing deeper obstacles that might be holding you back from making steady progress to reach your goals.

It is extremely difficult to navigate through life if you are feeling hopeless and persistently sad. Gut microbiome plays a crucial role in supporting mental and emotional wellbeing and any disruption within this intestinal ecosystem affects signals that are sent to the brain. Consequently, this can lead to various issues such as chronic low moods, irritability, brain fog, inability to concentrate, insomnia etc.
There is a constant hidden conversation between the gut and the brain.
Restoring the communication between the gut and the brain shapes our mood and stress response in daily lives and lays the foundation for optimal mental and emotional health.

Addressing the underlying issues behind any difficulty with weight loss is understanding the obstacles that need to be addressed in order to achieve optimum weight. There are various reasons why eating daily portions of salads and running on a treadmill five times a week might not work for everyone. Root causes such as hormonal changes, low-grade inflammation, insulin resistance or lack of sleep – all these are examples of factors that can contribute to issues associated with weight management.
Reaching optimal weight is achieved by tuning into your body’s needs; not rejecting them.
Through detailed health and lifestyle assessment and looking at each client holistically, I will create a personalised nutrition protocol to help you reach your weight goal and optimise your health.

You will be given your personalised meal plan created with your unique needs and goals in mind

Other aspects of your life play a major part on this journey and together, we will identify what matters the most

My compassionate care and experience will guide and support you throughout the duration of the Programme
Unfortunately, no one can guarantee that. I can however guarantee that I will work with and guide you to make the necessary changes to enable your body to function better. My role is to help you provide the body with what it needs. Whilst even the simplest changes can have a powerful effect the results you can achieve can vary on many factors. Results depend on your health history, lifestyle and other factors. Sustainable changes will ensure this journey continues long after our plan has finished.
My approach is not about extreme restrictions. You will however be expected to make dietary changes based on your specific goals and I might ask you to omit/reduce certain foods for a period of time if I feel this is the right approach for you. It is important to understand that it might be necessary for you to give up some foods you are used to eating or to experiment with foods you've never tried before. Keeping an open mind is part of the process.
After your Programme has ended you can either book another Programme with me or have additional sessions. These are available to clients who have purchased a Programme within the last 18 months. If it has been more than 18 months since your Programme ended, you need to purchase one of the Programmes again.
Testing is not included within the cost of a Programme. I will discuss relevant testing options with you if I consider this necessary and it is entirely up to you if you choose to purchase one. It is entirely optional and is recommended on a case by case basis.
My priority is always to take a food first approach - changing habits and choosing foods that foster better health is always much more sustainable in the longer term. However sometimes a small number of supplements can help to correct nutrient deficiencies or support symptoms whilst you embed better habits into your day. I always aim to keep this to a minimum and affordable whilst respecting any decision you may make with regards to the recommendations. I do ask that you check with me before changing a supplement I have recommended or adding in anything additional as I will have checked my recommendations are safe with your current health concerns and any medication you may take.
